This makes me laugh (in a sad sort of way) - Leicester set the precedent for the admin policy and escape the 10 point deduction - we set the precedent for an "invalid CVA" get a harsh penalty (although there WAS a harsher one) and every one benefits because they want to ensure it is clear for the future and in all probability won't be so harsh  Rolling Eyes
