Quality!!  last week bought Best of Van Halen double CD. Should have seen the look of disgust on kids' faces when they got in the car and I insisted on playing it LOUD!!!

Whats with this buying old cd's  Confused  get with the times, download the sod's, I'm damn sure I aint paying for an album I bought years ago, just to have it on these new fangled players, bring back vinyl I say

Awesome choice  
the mk2 line up of gillan, blackmore, lord,paice and glover was truely amazing.
I have a ruck full of their stuff and will put some on in a bit as soon as the kids are out of the way

Back in the day I was right into Deep Purple until Punk came out when shamefully it became not cool to like them (along with Zep). Soon grew out of that school of thought though and they are one of the all time greats, apart from  that frooking awful drum solo on Made in Japan (what is the point of Drum solos?).

Ritchie B is a legend. Met him in Amsterdam once in a bar absolutely wasted. Wouldn’t say it was great driving music though. I would imagine the steering wheel might hurt eventually
