The standing government have already said they will not accept any result other than a Mugabe victory  Evil or Very Mad

I saw on the news that they're not allowing election inspectors or (at least BBC) reportersin the country - Never really expected it to be done fairly.

Reports earlier on Five Live stated that Movement for Democratic Change (Tsvangirai's party) were "winning".  Only time will tell if he actually wins, but it would appear that various areas are announcing Tsvangirai has won in their constituancy.
