Good work Barnsley!
From the BBC...
"The last time Barnsley reached the semi-finals was in 1912 - and they went on to win their one and only FA Cup that season. "

| The best one was Carlos Quieroz's (or however you spell it) rant to the BBC, as both Gavin Peacock and Lee Dixon said he was well out of line talking about an incident in a different game inolving none of his players which Wenger had had to retract his comments about before

I really cannot believe that the useless fat fecker thought that, let alone said it. He really does genuinely think he's done nothing wrong doesn't he? I can't wait until they go bust.
This year, I shall be mainly supporting Barnsley in the FA Cup.
Let's not forget Barnsley aren't exactly fans of Liesdale either, are they? |

Taken from a thread on MOT
| Quote: | The Football Association has confirmed Cardiff will not be granted special dispensation to compete in Europe if they win the FA Cup.
Following a fine display at Middlesbrough on Sunday, Cardiff have booked a trip to Wembley to play Barnsley in the competition's semi-final.
Under current FA regulations Cardiff would not be eligible to represent England in the Uefa Cup if they eventually emerge as FA Cup winners.
Dave Jones' side fall under the jurisdiction of the FA of Wales, even though they choose to play in FA competitions.
This leaves them in limbo as neither association can nominate them for Europe - the FA because Cardiff are Welsh and the FAW because they do not play in their competitions.
An FA spokesperson said: "Our position remains unchanged and should Cardiff win the FA Cup this season they would not be chosen as the FA's nomination for European competition.
"Cardiff enter into English domestic competitions on this understanding and they are fully aware of the rules and regulations under which they take part." |
Scum out and Chelski out and Cardiff don't get a European spot even if they win it. Excluding good things happening to Leeds, does the football world get any better?
