Absolutely a true "world class" ball for Crouch - no one else on the team could have made that pass with such precision
I agree he is playing pub team football and by the end of next season he will have no chance of getting an england game especially with a new manager with new ideas - I think its "possible" he will return back here in some capacity as the new manager will automatically rule him out_________________

| That ball was fantstic, he was on the ball from the moment he came on. Only Crouch did better than him on the pitch in reality, Lampard was behind him. the rest should dig their own graves

| Nobody but Beckham could have hit a ball on the move like that, first time, with the accuracy that he did..Simply, it was world class..Until we find someone else as good, he should continue to be selected..End of.. |

| I've supported Beckham as a footballer all the way - sure he has his limitations (he has tried to address those), but who have we got that can cross a ball like that? or who actually puts the effort in when wearing the shirt? or who cares about it the way he obviously does? If anyone since 1966 deeserves to make 100 caps, he does.
