International weekend's and Oldham's postponed matches

As you are aware, there are games played in League 1 on the weekends when internationals are on. However on both occasions this season Oldham's match has been postponed.

Does anyone know why?

Is it cos they are shite?

I don't know for sure but I suspect they have an "international" who plays for some obscure country on their books and put in for special dispensation for the games.

They did indeed ...
Oldham's Neil Eardley (Wales) was on the bench for the defeat against Cyprus on 13/10/07
Forest's Sammy Clingan played for Northern Ireland in their defeat against Latvia on 8/9/07
