QPR youngster Ray Jones has been killed in a car accident.



The incident occured 12.20am on Saturday morning in East Ham, and the 18-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.


As a result, Saturday's Championship game between Burnley and QPR at Turf Moor has been postponed, with no new date yet announced.


A statement on the club's official website read: "Everyone at Queens Park Rangers extends their deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Ray at this sad time.


"The club will be making no further comment at this sad time and we ask you to respect our wishes as we grieve for our young striker."

call me callous and hard BUT....

If a colleague of mine (or yours) was killed in a car crash, we would all still have to go to work.

I do not understand why the match was postponed Confused
