It doesn't. It actually closed for a short spell last year! The bloke who owns Amber cars taxi's has bought it. Hated that place, but it was always a good place to pull a bird!! Laughing

If you couldn't pull a bird in there, you were either gay or dead!! Laughing

It was quite funny when he launched "new pudsey line", "new stanningley cars", "new pudsey cars" and all the other taxi firm names in the area

He also clamped my car behind Living World when I parked illegally Rolling Eyes

he was a right twat about it until my brother turned up and it turned out they knew each other really well

Took it off without a fight

My brother had a funny story about clamping a vehicle behind quicksave.... his wife used to work at the shoe shop just along from Kwik Save (owned by Stavros or someone Rolling Eyes

) he was sat waiting in the carpark and he got talking to the guy from amber cars who was clamping a minibus - my brother tells him that he doesn't think it would be wise to do that - the bloke and his nice "skinheaded" friend - say "ah fuck'em" so my brother just smiles - next thing a group of about 8 african blokes built like brick shithouses come walking into the car park and my brother winks at the amber cars bloke - he couldn't get the clamp OFF fast enough

My brother pissed himself laughing

he said you could see both their arse cheeks flapping

Tommo - don't know if it makes you feel any better but he has had the shit kicked out of him a few times over the clamping thing (and probably many other things) - gets paid out every time but at least he has to go through some pain for it
