I got this info from a friend who got it from a reliable source.
Based around Wisey's training regime, nothing overly crazy,but interesting nontheless.
Since Poyet left no work on fitness has been done. The players are really unfit and were keeling over under Macca's new training regime.
Wisey's training sessions often finished really early and they wouldn't train in the afternoon because Wisey wanted to get to London.
Wisey would not train on Sunday's something Macca wants to do and very little afternoon sessions were used.
Wisey would often meet the players at games and not travel on the team coach.
Basically the training schedule was based around Wisey getting to and from London in time.
I think it's all 100% true because from the job that Wise has now, you can know that he dosent want to work too much.
