The colours are back to how they were before nlag mentioned something in the Staff Room about the site needing Christmas decorations and my attempts to add them leaving the site looking a bit wishy-washy!

Hyperlinks should be resolved soon by phbpp or whatever name is, so it appears that colours just need cleaning up a bit.. My god that a dark blue aint it

Colours should be sorted now at least. However, if anyone spots any outstanding issues, let me know.

Hello.
The hyperlinks at the top of this page are in white on a yellow background and not very easy to see...
Much more worrying, when you've read a thread now, the thread title on the section page (General Chat, etc) goes RED!!!! This can't be right
Thankyou.
Concerned of LS14.

not for me,
but more disturbingly, if I've clicked on the name of a thread to go to it, the hyperlink turns red

Funnily enough, they always did. I changed them to orange yesterday and got moaned at, so changed it back.

Eat more carrots, Dave, they look fine too me!

The funny thing is, Dave, they always did. I changed them to orange and got jumped on from a great height. They now go black when read and orange if you deliberate. I am open to suggestions as to other colours, however, although I know I won't please everyone.

When I click on the general chat button.... it takes me though to the general chat section
And when I click on the Leeds United Chat button.....it takes me through to the Leeds United Chat section
And the colours look like Leeds Colours as well
Hope this helps

If you're talking about the ones that appear at the top of the main forum index, H, it's not just you mate, we all have them. That is not anything I can hold my hands up to, I'm afraid, and is caused by a phpBB bug of some kind, as Glenn has said elsewhere.
We are hoping to upgrade the site to the latest version of phpBB at some stage and this will, hopefully, alleviate that particular issue.

Yes those are the ones. I thought someone in the thread mentioned that they don't get them so I didn't realise it was universal - sorry.

No one understands it Harry, it's a phpbb2 thing, hopefully will be cleared up shortly or sooner, it aint anything anyones done on this site, may have to put up with em till we migrate to a phpbb3 board, which is being worked on at present..

No problem really - I just love clicking on the 'mark all forums as read' hyperlink

Typical then that is the only link that's busted. What we can see is the code that makes it work and it's because it's missing a bracket from the beginning, like when you forget to put a bracket around quote=] and you end up seeing the code in your post.

They were supposed to move all exsiting phobb forums onto the phpbb3 earlier this month werent they?

So in a nutshell, Bens saying were slow
afraid to say I agree with him..
Seriously though, we dont have to change over, could stay as a phpbb2 if we liked, there servers will continue to support both, tis our choice, but we will swap over very soon, could be a bit of downtime, but you will all be informed...
Maybe that date Ben, was for all NEW forums being phpbb3, and they had no choice.. where as we do with being an existing forum..

I don't think phBB would undertake moving all BB2 boards over themselves, Ben. In view of the fact that none of the "formatting" (for want of a better phrase) migrates, it would be a massive undertaking. As Glenn has said, I think they are only making BB3 available to new clients and existing BB2 clients can move over whenever they want.

There is a notice that has been up on
www.phpbb88.com/rdfc
for ages, its changed over the last few days, it did say that they were going to migrate all existing forums to BB3 in february, it now says March
