Walsall goalsWalsall
I've said it before and I'll say it again - always always always have defenders on the posts when defending corners.

Radio Leeds said he's caught his studs in the turf and the club are hoping it isn't as serious as it first looked.
Be set for a scan, etc I'd guess and then we'll know more.

Probably, certainly no news on the OS yet.

Basically I agree but you have to be in sync with the rest of the team. Otherwise you play the opposition onside. Tevez/Arbeloa at Anfield!
Thanks for the clip Harry. Appreciated.

No problem Oz.
Yes, the defence has to work together to be more effective and I didn't see the Man Utd goal but I'd wager more goals are conceded by not have the posts defended than by getting an offside 'trap' (at a corner) wrong.

HarryOnly caught a fleeting glimpse of the Tevez goal on Foxtel Sportsline. The commentator said Arbeloa played Tevez on-side as the rest of the Liverpool defence moved out following a corner. I can only assume there was a second touch as you can't be off-side from a corner or throw-in! No arguments with your basic premise!

I realise that about being offside. It could have been half cleared and knocked back in.
