Finished tonight at just after 22:00. It was with some trepidation that, as soon as my clients had gone, I checked in on the Beeb for the score.

Back on top, a quarter of the season gone, fresh blood on board, things aint perfect, but they could be a lot worse. Very Happy

The game was on telly down under so I watched it. We were second best for the most part and only put in the pressure on in the last few minutes, but we are top with a game in hand and we won. And they say that a champion team has the ability to win when they don't play well.

Norwich pinged the ball around fantastically well, overall a draw would have been a fair result, however I would take a win no matter how we play.

The new signings look like they will defintely strenghten the side

Vokes had a great first touch and the chap from Leicester completely changed the impetous of the game

Win our game in hand (Bristol Rovers) and that leaves us 7 clear of third place - at the moment I don't care if we went up as champions or second - JUST AS LONG AS WE GO UP!

Grayson has certainly got them playing well together as a team

Watched it on Sky. We were second best for large parts but defended well and came through at the end to win it. We have great spirit in the team atm which would never have been there before Grayson came.

The game was changed by bringing on Kandol and Gradel. Kandol won some excellent headers and Gradel looks like a top signing even just for the month with Sniddy still not fully fit.

Part of me would like to see Howson dropped, Gradel play on the wing and give BJ a go in his proper position because deserves a chance after his performances this season. Howson hasn't been as effective next to Doyle this season as he was with Killkenny last year but I feel we still need a player like Doyle in the middle.
