The FA CupOldham away
Not the best tie I could have hoped for, but important enough so that you can see it for free on an internet stream at www.thefa.com.
Not sure, but hopefully this includes our upside-down friends as well (although if not, there will probably be another stream to be found somewhere).

I meant to post about this yesterday. I wonder how many people will watch on-line?

If Glenn AND I watch , then about 2 probably!
It is probably the top tie in the round and I can only assume the FA feel enough will watch to make it worth their while.

A thoroughly professional performance from Leeds United saw the Whites earn their place in the second round of the FA Cup with a 2-0 win at Oldham Athletic.
United broke the deadlock nine minutes from half-time. Jonny Howson fired a sweet deflected effort into the top corner for his second goal of the campaign following some neat approach play from Snodgrass.
Substitute Mike Grella wrapped things up in stoppage time, firing powerfully home after good work from fellow sub Aidan White and Snodgrass.
OLDHAM: Flahavan; Holdsworth, Hazell, Gregan, Hills; Colbeck (Whitaker 36), Furman (Brooke 80), Marrow, Taylor; Parker (Lee 72), Smalley. Substitutes not used: Brill, Whitaker, Black, Eaves.
LEEDS UNITED: Ankergren; Bromby, Naylor, Kisnorbo, Hughes; Snodgrass, Howson, Doyle (White 90), Kilkenny; Johnson, Beckford (Grella 86). Substitutes not used: Martin, Prutton, Michalik, Robinson, Showunmi.
REFEREE: Gavin Ward (Surrey).
ATTENDANCE: 5,552.

Thought we wereon top start to finish. Yes they had a couple of chances, but sides will always get the odd chance....4 - 0 would not have flattered imo.

Was "okay" watching it on the FA Website
Although did keep having to "rebuffer" a few times (usually when they were attacking )

T'were fine for me, the 1mb stream was pretty much faultless.
Only annoyed when they turned off the crowd mikes and played that annoying looped crowd noises instead.
