Sydney FC to win the A-League it's in the starsSorry Baldy and 30mil but there is no doubt about it - the title is ours. First we bring ourselves on to the brink of the play-offs with a series of 1-0 wins and then we win two games on the trot (putting us temporarily joint second) that we had no right to win.
Trailing 2-0 to the Mariners and being totally outplayed and lucky not to be 4-0 down, the Mariners have a player sent off and we bounce back to win 5-4.
Trailing 1-0 to the Reds and doing nothing, the Reds have a player sent off and we go on to win 3-1.
The title is our destiny, accept it now and acknowledge the 2007/2008 A-League champions - Sydney FC.

Joint Second ?? I think not, our goal diff puts us ahead of you  , aint it funny how we use stats to our favour when it suits  , not that I ever would

Seriously though - I'm convince it's our destiny. Without those send-offs we would have lost those games and our season would be over...it must be fate.

To be fair to Harry, he does raise some interesting facts though, of which I wholeheartedly agree, Sydney FC cant beat an opposition team that plays with 11 players

In the interest of sporting exchange the FA have decided to replicate the RFL and arrange a competition between who ever wins the A league with their equivulant in England....the game will be played in Yorkshire....on Wetherby Road the home of the FA's nomination....Harrogate Town!

Awfully quiet from the so-called "ladder-leaders" of the A-league..
Both Qld and CC rolled, easily, at home, against an understrength Melbourne side
Lucky for you lot the A-League fixes results or we'd be doing the double again this season

You battered us alright Baldy...I've been saying all season that the Roar's problem is upfront.
I wouldn't be surprised to see Sydney lose to an in form Melbourne this weekend with wins for Newcastle and the Roar almost certainly on the cards. Central Coast are going out backwards and will be knocked out of the first round of the semis no matter who they play.
