Sean Bean is an arse

They're all the same the actor luvvies.

Apparently, on the pretence of filming part of a drama for Channel 4 yesterday, he had the street where I normally park in Halifax closed off.

How rude! As a result I had to park in the management car park at work as I had no change to pay for parking (allegedly ).

Its always the same ravey. We regularly get Home is where the heart is filming on our street and the bleeding wagons and paraphernalia they bring with them is phenomenal, you would think Pink Floyd were setting up a gig and of course the whole street has to be closed and traffic stopped. I don’t mind this at all but the way these pillocks carry on youd think they were doing the most important job in the world not just arsing around on the telly.

Had another last week, a new drama called unforgiven or something by the same Co that did Queer as Folk (Red). Must be someone famous in it cos there were about twenty coppers in the street guarding the house they were filming, absolutely outrageous.

Tell me about it. A Touch of Frost was filmed down the road from here, and I was at the school where the Biederbecke trilogy was filmed and they don't half take themselves seriously these TV types.

The Bill's studios are just down the road from here, so we regularly see them filming around the area. Gotta say though that although they do have a lot of paraphernalia with them, they do their best to cause as little disruption as possible (there's more grief from the "celebrity" watchers who always seem to turn up to gawk, tbh).

Of course the substantial amount of money they've paid me for the 2 days they filmed in my house over the last couple of years hasn't coloured my opinion at all!  Wink

Insert your own joke here about the ideal location for a brothel / drugs den / chav residence, etc...
