What a shock

Absolutely agree

Talk about an overblown view of Premiership Football - its now on a par with the world cup then

how about we let them go off and form the world super league or whatever and let the rest of us have English football back

What he said ^^^^^
This is so unintentionally funny its untrue:
| Quote: | | "It will be like cities bidding for the Olympic Games or the World Cup," explained Bose. |
I can just see the great cities of the world frantically outbidding each other to secure Portsmouth v Middlesborough, or Blackburn v Birmingham City...can't you?
Money grabbing bastards.

Fergie....Dontcha just love him?
Moaning Scummer
Moaning about not being consulted before the story was leaked out.....Bet he wont be moaning about the extra £5m the clubs can hope to make, thus ensuring that the weak get weaker and the gap between rich and poor clubs gets even wider.....I agree with Ben....Kick 'em all out, start a new league, funded fairly from top to bottom.

Theres a couple of threads about three pages back about this. West Ham and the NFA i seem to remember. I pasted in two cracking but lenghty articles about it (if i say so myself )

Funny how these same Premier League clubs moan their arses off when a player has to travel overseas to represent his country??????
|
NE1
|
And when are they gonna play these games??
in January
a back door january break, me thinks?
Off they go straight after FAC3 & back for FAC4. mind you they will be buggered if they draw their FAC3 game
(new thought - there will be no replays for FAC3 games they will go straight to penalties )
(I must get out of the health service! I can no longer believe a word people tell me )

Mort

Not to mention all the previous moaning about the amount of games they play!
|

If they play em in Jan, they'll end up killing players over here - Mid Winter straight to 35 degrees and humid

Scudamore said in the News of the World:
"If we don't do something that involves all 20 clubs, the world will not stand still.
There are four or five clubs - I won't name them but you know who they are - who will go off and do this anyway."
I guess it is inevitable but if anyone has any doubts about who is actually running the league that should remove them.

Looks like the idea is a dead duck, and it could impact on a world cup 2018 bid for England..

More good news. The Aussies have said they don't want them, the Asian FA have said they don't want them, 99% of their own fans don't want them and now they been slapped down by Blatter.
So in true Premier League style, watch them ignore everyone and do it anyway. Money grabbing bastards.

They'll probably all go to the States to play in front of their new owner's families.
