Leeds festival line up..?http://www.yorkshireeveningpost.c...-lineup-rumours-gather.5103605.jp
Speculation was mounting today that Radiohead, Arctic Monkeys and Kaiser Chiefs are among the bands playing this year's Leeds Festival.
The line-up for the summer rock bash is not due to be announced by organiser Festival Republic until Monday.
But in the last few days a number of music websites have been carrying supposed lists of the acts playing the event, which takes place at Bramham Park, near Wetherby.
Bands said to be appearing on the opening day include Kings of Leon, Maximo Park, Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Leeds's Kaiser Chiefs.
Radiohead, Placebo and Jane's Addiction are among the big names tipped to hit the stage on the second day.
The final day's attractions, meanwhile, are rumoured to include Arctic Monkeys, Weezer, The Pigeon Detectives and The Cribs - the last two of whom come from Leeds and Wakefield respectively.
Festival Republic was today making no official comment on the line-up speculation.
This year's event will be held as usual over the August Bank Holiday weekend.

Must be an age thing but with BBC coverage for this and Glasto being so good its another weekend of settee bound, bottle swigging comfort for this soldier. Might get out in the garden, roll about in the compost heap and blow hundred quid on crap lager to get the full festival experience though.

You're not wrong - and I only live a couple of miles from Bramham Park. This unfortunately means that our local Tesco is the designated supermarket with buses bring the smelly unwashed festival goers for urgent supplies of more cider and the use of the proper toilets...
