Lol - should have been 1-0 down after 30 secs - fancy a chat?
Edited to say - and how well do you expect to do against the mighty Qatar?

Obviously not
Half-time report - 2-0 up God alone knows how. They should have scored after 20 seconds and were a little offside when they got the ball in the net shortly after. England were either overawed by the occasion (WHY???) or decided they didn't need to bother - couldn't string more than 2 passes together and didn't muster a chance worthy of the name until Heskey hit the post after 30 mins. Glen Johnson has to be worth a special mention for his total inadequacy in every area, but no-one comes out with any credit. A couple of defensive errors competently capitalised on by Barry and Heskey gave an exceedingly flattering look to the first half scoreline. Having said that, with Kazakhstan's well known tendency to think games last about 60 minutes, I might have to raise my prediction for England to win by 5 or 6 if they actually start to play football, that is.

Full-time - 2nd half more of thesame really - slightly more competent and therefore comfortable. Didn't bother to take advantage of Kazakhstan fading away for the last half hour, so only managed 2 more goals. England deserved to win, but were worryingly flattered by the scoreline. Still another win on the board with Andorra to come to Wembley on Wednesday night.

They've sold 70,000 tickets for the Andorra game. They might have sold it out if Wembley wasn't such a nightmare to get to.
