Mortgages for any one of the following:
Self Employed - No accounts
Employed - various sources of income
People with Mortgage Arrears, County Court Judgements (for not paying debt), Defaults (missing payments on credit agreements)
People with very low credit scores
I.E. People with little chance of getting a mortgage from any high street lender

Absolutely - 2 years ago I could get people an interest rate of less than 6% who had been made bankrupt / had arrears / CCJS etc
At the time the Halifax's STANDARD RATE (the rate at which their whole mortgage book would be paying unless they were on "special deals") was 7.75%
Go figure

well we have lost a shit load of money on our NR shares 
we had them given, I suppose, when NR became a bank, but.......

Cheer up Bron - we all own NR now... 
I hope the first thing the new boss does in cancel all the sponsorship deals - he's meant to be running a tight ship and I can't see how that includes sponsoring at team that hasn't won owt for 40 years or more or having pitchside adverts at every top flight game.
