Damn shame as he was a fine young actor - autopsy has proved "inconclusive" although rumoured that it was an accidental overdose of sleeping pills - apparantly he was a crackingly psychotic joker in the new batman movie due out this summer "dark knight"
I think it made the headlines in the way that it did for two reasons a) our celebrity fucking culture and b) he was an A-list actor (and not many die at the age of 2 
One odd thing I read (and it shows how out of context things can be taken without the fulls story) but the person who found him has gone from the cleaner to the masseuse and the first person the masseuse called was Mary Kate Olsen (of the olsen twins) (I think  )rather than the police / ambulance This seems to me to suggest that the masseuse either knew or suspected illegal drug activity although the tests have not proved that to be the case
