Well done!

Apparently GCSE results have been on an upward trend for the last 20 years now.
It can be no co-incidence that I took my last GCSE in 1988.... Rolling Eyes

you only find out after you've taken them that GCSE's mean piss all in the world unfortunately and that A-levels are so much harder that the last 12 years at school seem pointless.

I was shocked to find out that getting a mark of 28% would get you a "C" grade in GCSE maths.

Now by no means am I demeaning the hard work put in by all those who've taken their exams, but getting a pass mark whilst getting 72% of the answers WRONG strikes me total bloody madness. Shocked

I never understand how these strange statistics come about, the C grade pass rate at GCSE for me and everyone i was in a boarding house with (so the three years below me) is 60%
