Hmmm...isn't the actor who plays him the poor (wo)mans Sean Bean? Even down to the dodgy South Yorks accent? Anyway Top Gear was fantastic - Captain Slow in the "race" Aston with no aircon on the Cote D'Azur trying to keep up...
