I know the defence has been leaky but we have three left-backs already. Granted, White is very young and the club will be protecting him while he finishes his studies and Parker does have defensive vulnerabilities (again due to experience), and Sheehan has a bit of a temper and a tendency to get into trouble, but why another young, inexperienced player on loan?

It seems an odd choice to make, particularly since assurances will have been given to Pulis and the player himself that he will get to play.

I'm more concerned about the other flank.
