That would be the Jeremy Vine show, heard it today and swore a bit at the radio. As Boxy says, OUR country, OUR laws, take notice and live by them or fuck off. Simple really._________________

If I went to live in another country I would EXPECT to comply with their laws
It should be NO DIFFERENT when that role is reversed
If you don't like the laws here then don't fucking come here in the first place. If I don't like the laws where I am looking to move then don't fucking go there
Doesn't seem too hard to me |
One law, the same for everyone - the basic premise of English law, copied the world over. How can you enforce laws when folk can opt in or out when it suits?
FFS, if I went to any other country in the world I'd be expected to abide their laws, end of.
And this muppet is in charge of the Church of England? No wonder the pews are empty of a Sunday. |

We have the same dilemna here - with "tribal" law for the aboriginals. Some the the values they have as a tribe are quite different to what we as Anglo-australians expect
Big cause for debate
PS - having lived under Shaira law before, their isnt too much wrong with it (as a male) but there is no strict interepretation of sharia law as it varies between Sunni's and Shiites and also differing countries - Which version would be accepted in the UK
So - its just Bollox and when in Rome arguement is valid
