| I can't see what the fans are moaning about. This is the corporate game of the 21st century. Success is bought, the prices are high. Would the same fans be happy being mid table with a shit ground and no super stars?....Would they fuck....Cake and eat it springs to mind.

| I would like to see about 4 or 5 go under, including some big guns like Liverpool, Arsenal, Spurs, Man Utd....That might force the FA and Sky to take a serious look at how badly they have disfigured the game in such a relatively short space of time. A huge redistribution of focus and wealth is required.

Twas in the paper last year that the Arse were reportedly losing around £100k a week.
How could any other business survive with losses like we're reading about here? The banks would have shut them down long ago.
PS - any news on the bogtrotters of cardiff going under yet?  |
