Knicked from Sq Ball:
Longer serving Sq.Ballers will remember Martin the T.shirtman, who was once a regular poster on here.
He hasn't posted here for a while, as his dear wife Carole has been fighting Motor Neurone Disease for the past couple of years and obviously, that is more important than any footy forum - tho Martin and I have remained in regular email contact.
Carole fought long and hard against her illness, and it grieves me to post that she finally succumbed to this horrible disease and passed away last Saturday.
Carole - Rest In Peace, sweetheart. Your suffering is over. A very brave mother and wife, who fought to the end.
Heartfelt condolences to Martin and his family...
I am sure that you may have seen this on MOT/Sq ball, but if not thought you might like to know.
Really good bloke.

That is truly sad news.
Martin has always been a top bloke - I was even lucky enough to win one of his t-shirts once upon a time.
My thoughts are with him and his family. |

| I still have the t-shirt I bought from Martin (just before the first MOT bash) and had the pleasure of meeting him at said bash. A nice bloke and very sad news. My thoughts are with him and his family. |
