Dewsbury actually, so relatively normal behaviour for those that live there.

I see the bus company are blaming 'elf and safety again - perhaps if anyone gets on the bus with a rabid rottweiler they should remove it's lead "in case the driver has to brake sharply". I'm sure other passengers would feel reassured by such actions.

Personally I can't see an issue with it, although if she insists on wearing a dog lead she shouldn't be allowed to sit on the seats... Wink

Bus operator Arriva claimed other passengers could be put at risk if the bus braked sharply.

It could be dangerous for the couple and other passengers if a driver had to brake sharply while Miss Maltby was wearing the lead

I would be more worried if some fat fucker was sat behind me than someone with a dog lead as if the bus braked swiftly / or crashed I would end up resembling something like a squashed tomato against the stairwell on a bus whilst that said stereotypical fat person would be more gutted about spilling their chips

PS I am a perfect weight - its just my height should be 9 foot 4
