I think we have the players to do the job, but they need motivating and they need to be made to believe in themselves as a team. Can Gary Mac do it? Only time will tell, but he's made a rather slow start.

Freedman is more of a poacher which is something we don't really have. How many matches have Beckford and Kandol missed the easy chances?

They do seem to miss a hell of a lot of easy chances dont they, yet people still complain that they aint getting the service, i cant work it out..
