I was alluding to Davies' post-match comments after the first-leg of the 2005-2006 play-off semi-final when Preston held us to a draw at ER.
KB, quite rightly, used Davies' post-match interview with Sky Sports, as incentive for the boys going in to the second leg. As we now know, it worked a treat..unfortunately for that game only and not the final itself..  |
