From the LUFC site - Blackburn England u21 keeper joins us on a month's loan
| Quote: | England under-21 international goalkeeper Frank Fielding has joined Leeds United on a one month loan deal.
The 21-year-old, who played for United's reserve side two seasons ago, joins from Blackburn Rovers after Shane Higgs was ruled out of Simon Grayson's squad for Tuesday's Elland Road clash with Carlisle.
While Casper Ankergren will step up to the senior side, Fielding will provide much-needed cover in the expected absence of Higgs.
Fielding arrives with plenty of experience, having already had loan spells at Wycombe, Northampton Town, and Rochdale.
Fielding, who was part of the Rochdale side which reached the League Two Play-Offs last season, made his England under-21 debut on the same day as Fabian Delph, against the Czech Republic at Bramall Lane last November. |

Radio Leeds also added that Fielding had a spell with us on loan the season before last and played for the reserve team.
Not good news about Higgs - lets hope the competition will see Casper raise his game._________________ The advert above is nowt to do with me!

Casper did well last night. Seems like the tougher and more organised pair in front of him has done him well.
